The Vampire is a love interest in the first Volume of the book Love, Sin & Evil.

About The Vampire

The vampire is an evil creature that has lived in the Eastern European country of Belovakia for centuries. They can appear as one of three different vampires, depending on the player's choices. Each creature has their own character and backstory.

The vampire is the owner of a castle near a small town called Virzhkovice. They are feared and hated by the townsfolk who have tried to fight them countless times, but the vampire always returns. Many years ago, they lost against a hunter - Belmont, Van Helsing or Cain/Kane - and get cornered in the castle's crypt. Before being killed, they made a last wish to the dark forces: Their killer would come to the castle, along with their savoir; and if the killer, a descendant of the hunter, wouldn’t appear, then they would sleep forever.

When Mina, a Geology student from the US, and her classmates get surprised by a bad storm in the mountains, they take shelter in the castle. The girl mistakes blood for wine and accidently spits it on the ancient grave in the crypt, infusing the blood into what remained of the vampire's body. The creature wakes up again and regains their strength while Mina and her friends fight against other ghosts and monsters that live in the castle. Eventually, the vampire reveals itself to Mina and the survivors, explaining that Mina's life is now bound to it.

The vampire's apprearance and personality is influenced by the player's choices. The Wolf is a regal and old-fashioned character who seems himself as the master and everyone else as his servant. He gets quite possessive of Mina. The Cat is a seductive and sensual lady that comes across as protective and dangerous at the same time. The third vampire, the Bat, is a cruel and predatory creature that sees hunting as the purpose of his existence. While Wolf and Cat feel attracted to Mina and try to seduce her, the Bat only sees her as prey.
