Todd Li is a love interest in the book Hell and High Water.
About Todd[]
Todd is Homeport’s local baker. He and Pramilla work at the bakeshop and always make sure Lori and Chand have enough food when they go out on a courier mission.
Todd's usual day starts at about four in the morning. He goes up to the bakery and ates a late breakfast burrito at ten, then he works till three or four in the afternoon. After dinner, Todd either goes up to the farm or to the library.
Todd is mild-mannered and friendly. He likes that Lori is down to earth and doesn’t take what he does for granted. He also think she has a really sweet smile when she’s half-awake in the morning. If he and Lori get closer over the course of the first season, he shows his commitment to her and asks her to wait for him. When she leaves Homeport in the second season to distribute important supplies, he gives her an envelope full of letters to open during the trip; he also hides cookies for her on board of her boat and a locket in Juneau.
Note: Todd being Homeport's baker means that he won't be around as much as to the other love interests.

- Todd has a sourdough starter from Juneau that’s been living in Homeport for over 50 years. This starter has to be fed and taken care of twice a day, that’s why their bakeshop makes the best bread in the area.
