Main Character[]
Ghita Blom

The main character is called Ghita by default. She is a PA (Police Assistant) for the Denmark police who specializes in missing persons cases.
Love Interests[]
Mads Lauritzen

Mads is a senior PA who is also known as an "investigation prodigy." He is part of the organized crime branch of the special crime unit and handles some of the biggest cases in the country.
Safaa Muhammad

Safaa is partnered with MC in the first episode. She has forensics training and began her career by running a preventative youth outreach program, but recently transferred as an investigator. She is dedicated and tough.
Alba

Alba is a bike courier who runs into Ghita in the first episode. She is cheerful and friendly; she also has a prosthetic arm and hand.
Yasin

Commissioner Hedeager
A police commissioner in Sønder Æsne. He is the main point of contact for Ghita's case in Season 1.
Krista Brandt
A community liason in the welfare department from Odense. She liases between Lea Holt and the police during Season 1.
Asger
A police officer in Sønder Æsne; direct report to Commissioner Hedeager.
Police Dog Handler
A police dog handler called to Sønder Æsne to search for Lea in Season 1, Episode 5.
Friends & Family[]
Dad
Ghita's father - he is the chief surgeon of a hospital. He and Ghita have a strained relationship, as he dislikes that she's in law enforcement.
Mom
Ghita's mother - she left the family when Ghita was four years old. She had mental health issues and was declared dead when Ghita was 13. Based on the MC features you choose in the beginning of the story, your mother will be Polish, Greenlandic, Thai, or Ghanaian.
Granny Else
Ghita's paternal grandmother - she used to tell Ghita stories of trolls and other mythological creatures when she was a child.
Saga
A friend from the first day of university, she is currently working on her PhD in chemistry and psychology. She enjoys reading romantic fiction.
Jannie
An old friend of Ghita, she owns her own beauty salon. She and Steen are in a long-term relationship.
Steen
Another old friend of Ghita, he owns his own carpentry business. He and Jannie are in a long-term relationship.

Johannes Jensen
He and his wife own the Bed and Breakfast that Ghita and Safaa stay at in Season 1. He is very superstitious.

She and her husband own the Bed and Breakfast that Ghita and Safaa stay at in Season 1. She is very superstitious.

Young mother whose 11 month old baby, Alfred, goes missing.

Lea's father and the head of the Pagan Church of Christ.

Frederikke
Frederikke Louise Spelling is a member of Ulla's "alternative therapy" retreat group. She admits that she was tried and convicted of kidnapping several years previously.
Ulla
Ulla is the leader and coordinator for an "alternative therapy" retreat group that she operates in the forest outside Sønder Æsne.
