Sherlock Holmes is one of the main characters and love interest in Sins of London.
About Sherlock[]
Sherlock lives alone (possibly in Baker Street 221B). He used to be detective who solved crimes and caught thieves; however he discovered supernatural world and couldn't ignore it anymore when someone dear to him was killed by a monster. Since then he dedicates his time to solving supernatural cases and hunting supernatural beings. He is an excellent swordsman and a strong boxer. Holmes appears to be rather cold and distant, logician and rationalist. He knows how to restrain his emotions, but at the same time is quite temperamental. Self-confident and occasionally very stubborn. [1] He cares deeply about Irene's (Default name of the main character) wellbeing although they've known each other for a short period of time and he gets jealous if Irene shows interest to others.
We learn in S2, Ep1 that when his friend Dr. Watson started to turn into monster, Sherlock was forced to kill him. He beared the burden of guilt and blamed himself for his friend's death ever since. His trust issues are the reason he and Irene started to drift apart. While he demands her complete honesty, he also refuses to open up and trust the others with his secrets.
Relationships[]
- Irene (MC): They first met when MC was trying to steal from Madame Hammond's brother. Depending your choice, he can have positive or negative first impression on MC.
- Gray: There's no indication yet if they knew each other beyond being boxing rival. Gray taunts Holmes for being a textbook boxer but Holmes seems unfazed by that remarks.
- El: Old friend.
Quotes[]
- "Sherlock seems reliable, but he is too concentrated on the monster and no place for love."
- "There's so much ice and so much fire inside him all at once..." (Irene, S1 Ep7)
- "Sherlock is a complicated person. He changed a lot after his friend died. (El, E1, Ep12)
