Orlando Ricchie

Orlando is a love interest in the book Seduced by the Rhythm. He's also the leader of a dance group in Europe called "The Icy Hearts".

About Orlando[]

Orlando is one of the romance options start from Season 2. He first appeared in S1, EP9 where Michelle (MC: Main character in the story) and he met in a park in New York. 

Orlando likes to call Michelle as Elsa from Frozen or Snow Queen because of her cold personality. Sometimes he uses feline to address Michelle, e.g., kitten or my little lion.

Orlando is a self-assured person and confident with his dance. He said if he loses, he will be disappointed in himself. He must lead his crew to victory. If they fail, he was the one who did something wrong. As their team leader, Orlando does everything he could in order to win the contest, he was acting so rude to Michelle in front of other people, even it was against his own will.

Orlando is cold and ruthless on the outside, inside he is a caring and passionate person. When he saw Michelle was having trouble in New York, he tried to help and gave her a good piece of advice.

Relationships[]

  • Andy: His college friend, a teammate of the Icy Hearts. He's been dancing since he was a kid.
  • Georgia: He said they've met not long ago, Andy introduced them. She's very promising and got strong willpower.
  • Isabelle: He said Isabelle is the little flower of his group. The fans adore her. She's beautiful, smart, graceful. Isabelle said in the talk show she is the real leader of Icy Hearts, not Orlando, but no one supported her.
  • Hiro: Orlando met Hiro by a happy accident and asked him to join the Icy Hearts.

Trivia[]

  • Orlando was raised by his grandparents. They always supported the kid in his pursuit to become a famous dancer. After breaking out into the world of dancing and receiving his first awards, Orlando gave everything he earned to his family without hesitation. When Orlando's grandmother shuffled off this mortal coil, he could not cope with this loss for a long time and even required the assistance of a psychologist.[1]

    1. Why did he decide to connect his life with dancing? Ans: From childhood, Orlando recognized through dance, the feelings, and emotions of the dancer that excite him at a given moment. This aroused interest in him and the parents immediately sent the boy to this lesson. Although training in a group was not easy for him and it was completely annoying, then he was sent to private lessons with a famous choreographer. And so it happened that he got involved in this story, completely forgetting about everything around him.
    2. Where did he learn to dance? Ans: At the French Academy.
    3. Is he fluent in English or has an Italian accent? Ans: Fluent in English, Italian, and French.
    4. Does he like to cook? Ans: Loves.
    5. Where is he from? From Milan? Ans: Florence.
    6. What do he prefer to drink, tea, or coffee? Ans: Coffee.
    7. Did he and Andy go to a dance academy together? Or maybe it was related to photography? After all, Andy is our photographer. Ans: Yes, they studied together.
    8. When asked if Orlando is ready for a family, you answered that morally yes, but not physically. What does this mean? This was acceptable for the second season. Ans: Since he is still young and full of ambition. He wants to take place in life before starting a family.
    9. What characters from other stories do you think he made friends with? Ans: Maybe .. Ellia, Mike, Richard
    10. Orlando's favorite food? He generally likes a lot of things. Ans: And cook, too.

  • If he is your end-game love interest: In Season 3, Episode 9, Orlando and Michelle visit Italy together where he proposes to her. If you slept with Orlando in Season 3, episode 4, Michelle tells him she is pregnant and they're expecting a baby on the way.
