She has a good relationship with her father, however she doesn't like her father's second wife, which he marries during the book. At the beginning of the book we meet her ex boyfriend, Ted, who is still pestering her to get back together. She can also possibly get involved with Daryl, a young man she meets while out clubbing with Mia.
Trisha has three possible endings according to your choices, which also determine whether she will survive or not.

Mia meets Benny at one of his concerts, where she went looking for clues to fight her main antagonist's plan. Benny flirts with her immediately as he is a carefree and promiscuous character. Choosing him as a lover will make more personal scenes available, however Benny's attitude towards Mia will always be fairly casual and he won't abandon his promiscuous lifestyle even if/when committing to Mia. If you decide to keep him as a friend only, your relationship will be less personal, but plot-wise, although his screentime is limited, Benny's impact on the book is fairly significant regardless of Mia's relationship with him.

Dante helps Mia while she is travelling around Europe looking for clues to fight her main antagonist's plans and he is a knowledgeable and reliable ally, however his relationship with Mia will be close only for a short period of time.

The staff at the Supernatural Daily
Mr Bow
Mr. Bow is the owner and chief editor of The Supernatural Daily. He adores everything supernatural and is very passionate about his job. He is an honest and straight-forward person and a reasonable and flexible employer to Mia.
He is more or less happy with Mia's work at the magazine depending on your choices throughout the book, and based on how much Mia managed to impress him, in Season 5 he will tell Mia that she has been promoted to a full-time member of staff at the Supernatural Daily. If she has not done enough to prove herself, he will only give her a letter of recommendation to give to her college and offer her an internship, since she's not responsible enough to be promoted to the position of full time journalist.
Trevor
Trevor is the lead journalist at The Supernatural Daily. His relationship with Mia can be either neutral or quite friendly, depending on which choices you make in the game. If he is friendly towards Mia, he will help her impress Mr Bow and secure a full time job at the Supernatural Daily. He is generally a good natured, gentle person.
Trevor is also significant to the plot because of an accident that happens to him while he investigates the possibility that werewolves might be real. He is good friends with his colleagues Simon and Louis.
Louis
Louis is in charge of design and layout at The Supernatural Daily. He is a fairly easy going person who likes to joke around, but his humour not always matches Mia's. He is friendly with his colleagues Trevor and Simon, but his relationship with Mia is generally quite strained. How much he hates her depends on your choices.
He is married, and his wife's name is Rachel. An accident that will involve his wife will put even more strain on his relationship with Mia.

She supports Simon in his desire to be with Mia, so if you decide to have Simon as Mia's main love interest, Camila won't make a secret of her happiness.

Walter is a journalist who used to work at the Supernatural Daily before Mia started. Whether or not you get to meet him depends on your choices in the story.
Mia will be tasked by Mr Bow to look through Walter's work notes, but if you decide not to investigate further Mia will only see him briefly without knowing who he is. If Mia investigates his journals, she can meet him, help him out through the situation he found himself in and even get him back to work at the magazine as a member of staff.
The vampires
Red Mask/Stella
Stella is an aggressive and reckless vampire. She does not consider human life to be of any importance hence she uses humans as a source of blood and nothing else.
She is very close to her boyfriend, Billy, and Dave is also her ally. Stella's actions are often ruled by instinct and rage. Depending on your choices, which impact Billy's destiny, her hatred for Mia can be more or less strong. Depending on your choices, Stella might kill or severely injure Simon.
Black Mask/Billy
Billy is Stella's boyfriend, and Dave is also his ally. He shares her opinion that drinking human blood is a vampire's right. While equally cruel, Billy is more devious and calculating compared to Stella. Depending on your choices, he might or might not survive.
Dave
Dave is an ally of Stella and Billy, and has a very aggressive and violent attitude. Depending on your choices, he might or might not survive.
Ethan Wood
Ethan is the local vampire Prince, a title of authority in the area where this story takes place. He is the youngest vampire ever to have occupied this position, and some of the older vampires, especially from Europe, are not happy about him being in charge.
Ethan is a billionaire who made his money in the chemical industry and owns several factories and laboratories in South America.
He is also the owner of the vampire-run nightclub Taste of the Night. He is very mysterious, but appears to have a positive opinion of humans and he also seems keen to keep the peace between vampires and werewolves. He is friendly towards Mia and Victor, however he seems to be threatened by Victor's power and abilities.
Dustin Chase
Dustin Chase is very close to Victor, who considers him his younger brother, although they are not actually related.
Dustin is very loyal to Victor and always ready to fight on his side, but he doesn't trust Mia and thinks of her as a bad influence on Victor, and although your choices influence his attitude towards Mia, he never really warms up to her.
Dustin was turned at a later time compared to Victor, and both vampires have been mentored by Noel Miller, who is like a father to them. Dustin seems quite reserved but he is also friendly with the majority of the young vampires of the city
Noel Miller
Noel Miller is like a father to Victor and Dustin, who he has mentored and educated on everything a vampire must know to survive. He's widowed but he was married to a vampire named Emma.
Noel met Victor in China, when he was still a human child. Victor's real father - a Belgian aristocrat called Francois Van Art - was sent there to serve as diplomat, bringing Victor and his mother Jaqueline with him. Noel was travelling across Asia and befriended the Van Art family. Unfortunately Victor's parents died during a typhus outbreak. Victor was a late child and as such he remained alone. Noel adopted him and they returned together to Europe. Victor was very smart and quickly figured out he was not human. As soon as he reached the proper age, he asked Noel to turn him. He was dead set on being turned, and Noel agreed with it because he wanted to show him their world.
Noel has remained at Victor's side even when he decided to leave Europe, and him and Dustin followed him to the US.
Noel is happy that Mia got to know Victor very well, as he distracted him from his past woes, but if they are lovers he is displeased that Victor and Mia are together, because he thinks Victor is ruining his life because him and Mia are not compatible. When questioned by Mia, Noel says that she did not do anything to disappoint him, but he feels that Mia is only using Victor and drags him into her problems too often.
Angel Mora
Angel Mora is a very old Prince from Spain. He does not like Ethan Wood and seems to be ruthless in his attitude towards humans. He is always accompanied by his personal assistant Agatha.
As all the vampires that lived through the 19th century he is very rich. He was one of the first vampires to understand the importance of oil, and he owns several wells in Norway. Before that, he was gold mining in Spain.
Agatha
Agatha is Angel Mora's personal assistant and she is very loyal to him.
Patrick
Patrick is a tattoo artists and good friend of Victor and the other young vampires. He is passionate about tattoos and praises them as a form of art. He will be more or less friendly/helpful depending on your choices.
Patrick is married to a human, Hannah, who decided not to be turned into a vampire. He doesn't mind the fact that she is now much older than him, as he says that loving someone means not asking them to change. Patrick and Hannah met in 1969, when he had been a vampire only for a couple of years. He was coming back from the very first Woodstock and he went into a roadside cafe to protect himself from the sunlight. There he met her and fell in love at first sight. He proposed but she said that she will only marry him if he can give her a tattoo that really reflects who she is as a person. He managed to do so and they got married. They are still together today, her body is getting old but he still loves her like the first day and always will.
Monica
Monica is romantically interested in Victor, but her attraction is not reciprocated. For this reason she really dislikes Mia, regardless if she is with Victor or not. Monica seems to have a very negative opinion of humans in general and is very loyal to Ethan Wood. She is friends with Benny, Dustin, Grace and the other young vampires.
Monica's outcome in this story changes depending on your choices. She can either become Mia's enemy, and possibly kill Trevor, or she can decide to walk away and not engage in the final confrontation. If she takes part in the fight, she will later move to Norway after being pardoned but exiled, while she will remain in the same city as Mia if she decided to step away.
Fun fact: in Season 2, episode 10, there is a premium option to have Mia and Benny start a rumour that she has fake teeth. If you do so, this rumour will be heard again among gossiping vampires in Season 3, episode 4.
Howard Crawford
Howard is an influential older vampire. Despite not being a Prince, he has lived in the local vampire community long enough to have a decent amount of influence, although Victor thinks that the other vampires do not respect him very much.
Despite this, he is one of the main vampires in the city, he is manipulative and clever and wanted to be Prince but Wood beat him to it. He doesn't value human life and thinks that vampires should not be sharing territory with werewolves. He believes that Wood is too indecisive and a coward and doesn't like the fact that Wood signed a peace treaty with the werewolves.
How much he respects Mia depends on the choices you will make during the course of the story. Howard is very ambitious and ruthless and does not have much respect for humans.
Also depending on your choices, he might or might not survive, but Howard's fate is linked also to Frances' destiny, as his death will also cause Frances' and possibly also Trevor's death. Having him as an ally will also boost Mia's reputation amongst vampires across Europe.
Armel De Loconte
Armel De Loconte is a very ancient vampire and reportedly the first vampire to ever encounter werewolves when they stormed his castle. Mia never meets him, you will only learn of him through flashback scenes.
You can see this first encounter between vampires and werewolves during a diamond scene with Max Fall in Season 1, episode 9. It happened in Europe, during a war: two knights called Von Baum and Von Diels, who were also werewolves, stepped inside a medieval castle. They had just conquered the premises when the owner of the castle, De Loconte, arrives to fight them. They eventually settles their dispute and a balance is created.
You will see De Loconte again with the grandsons of Von Baum and Von Diels (who look identical to their ancestors) in a series of diamond scenes in Season 5, episode 6, when the last Twilight Guardian goes to see them to talk about a the then state of events.

Xander
Xander is an European vampire and a friend of Victor. He lives in Amsterdam, where he owns an hotel. The staff at his hotel are humans earning their right to be turned. The hotel's restaurant is frequented by local and travelling vampires.
He has a very close relationship with Sofia and Arthur, and acts as their assistant and protector. In a scene in Season 5, episode 8, he tells Mia that he owes them too much, trusts their wisdom and likes being useful to them. He says he's not fit to be a leader and he doesn't think he should pretend otherwise. He sees his service to them very much like the relationship between a samurai and their masters. He has trained himself with the same discipline as a samurai, as being a vampire he had the time.
Depending on your choices, Xander might survive or not. To make sure that Xander will survive, you need to have at least 35 stat points in either Gift of the Moon or Gift of Blood.
Sofia von Gelts
Sofia is an European vampire that Mia meets while at Xander's hotel in Amsterdam. She is a close friend of Victor Van Art and Xander, and it is implied that she is in a relationship with Arthur.
A very sophisticated and elegant person, Sofia cares about etiquette and manners, but she is also loyal, brave and very strong. She is known for being one of Europe's most dangerous vampires.
Depending on your choices, Sofia will be more or less friendly towards Mia. If Victor dies, Sofia will be the one taking his place in the role he will take at the end of the book.
Arthur
Arthur is an European vampire and an old, dear friend of Victor.
When the Prince of the Netherlands tried to kill Victor with a car bomb, around the turn of the century, Arthur was the one who saved his life by removing the debris from his body and allowing the vampire healing abilities to work properly.

Peter Jench
Peter Jench is the curator of a Vampire Museum housed in an unused salt mine in the town of Hallstatt, in Austria.
He loves his work and taking care of the museum exhibits. He is love with a human, Astrid, and will ask Mia and Dante to help him convince her to be turned, so they can be together forever.
Depending on your choices throughout the book, Peter will be more or less friendly towards Mia. If he likes Mia, he will send her a gift - a small bobblehead vampire figurine - that you will be able to add to Mia's newsroom desk background, provided that you picked the premium desk, as no item can be added to the free desk. If Peter is displeased with Mia, he will send her a rock, however this can't be added to the desk.

The two were in a relationship and had a controversial breakup. Mia can solve the situation in a number of ways, based on your choices in the story.
If Mia's reputation amongst the vampires is high enough, Grace will be instrumental in helping Mia save Trisha's life.
Ronald
Ronald is a vampire loyal to Ethan Wood but he is also friendly with Victor. If Mia's reputation with the vampires is not good, Ronald will be rude towards her, however, if she is in a relationship with Victor, he will apologise and offer Mia a pen and a bouquet of flowers as an apology for his behaviour.

Matheo
Matheo is a vampire loyal to Ethan Wood and ready to do anything the Prince asks him.
Ashe clan Leader
The Ashe clan Leader is a powerful and ruthless vampire who's in charge of Prague. The Ashe clan vampires are very secretive, and as such we never learn his name.
The presence of the Ashe clan in the territory means that there's no local Prince, so the influence of the Ashe clan Leader can be considered akin of the one of a Prince.
He tests Mia with various tasks, some of which are cruel. If Mia fails one of his tasks, he will secretly commission the murder of Trisha, although Mia will never find out that he was behind this act.
He is very knowledgeable, as the Ashe clan are the historian of the vampire world, and he will be the one explaining to Mia the finer details about the Blood Moon ritual and the Twilight Guardians.

Tom
Tom is a vampire from the Lot Valley and an ally of Andrea, the last of the Twilight Guardians. He bravely fights alongside her to defeat Bishop.
The Werewolves
Ralph Fall
Ralph Fall is the head of the Fall wolf pack. He is brother to Max and Audrey, married to Helen, and Sam is their son. The pack is also composed by their uncle John and grandfather Conrad - both on his father's side.
Ralph moved to the area after the death of their parents to be close to uncle John, who already lived here. He is the head of the wolfpack instead of him because his uncle is a loner and has no interest in being a leader.
Ralph encourages Max's relationship with Samantha Obie, asking him to take her out. He feels that if the two were together, this would help the two packs to have a closer bond.
Ralph is a very strong person, very family-oriented. The pack lives on a large property immersed in nature, and they own a sports equipment and outdoors activities shop. Ralph is fairly friendly towards Mia, however whether or not Mia can ensure his support when the time to face her mortal enemy comes, depends on your choices in the book.
Sean Fall

Helen Fall
Helen is Ralph's wife and mother to Sean. She is strong, calm, friendly and always welcoming to Mia.

Audrey Fall
Audrey Fall is Max and Ralph's sister. She is a bit snarky and generally a little unfriendly.
She becomes friends with Samantha Obie, a wolf from another pack, who has a romantic interest in Max, so her attitude towards Mia is more or less hostile depending on whether Mia is romancing Max or not.
John Fall
John is Max, Ralph and Audrey's uncle from their father's side. When his brother and his wife died, back when Max was about Sean's age, they moved to live with him and his father on the current property.
He is not interested in having any authority within the pack because he is a loner and has no interest in being a leader, but he always tries to look out for his family. He really dislikes vampires.

Sam is the daughter of the head of the Obie clan, and her being a woman while also being an alpha is frowned upon by some of the wolves, hence she feels the pressure to get married. Sam becomes close friend with Audrey, Max's sister, and she is well liked also by Max's brother, Ralph.
Sam is interested n Max romantically, and whether or not this feeling ends up being reciprocated is based on your choices in the story, which also determine whether or not Sam takes part in the final battle against Mia's nemesis. Sam can possibly save Max's life if Mia's relationship with Max is not close enough.
The Obie pack is big and they are not all related to each other, like the Falls. Another wolf in the pack, Clovis is courting Samantha but she is not interested. Samantha's aunt from her father's side, Corinne, has no kids of her own, adores her niece, is a feminist and laments the fact that despite Samantha being an alpha, she's never going to be allowed to lead the pack. (We never meet Corinne in the book, we only hear about her from Max's sister Audrey)
Lorette
Lorette is a wolf from the Obie pack. She works at the pack's butcher shop, "Meat Products by Sam". Whether or not she survives in this book is based on your choices in the story.
If she survives, Mia will bump into her at social events where young vampires and werewolves mingle. At the end of the book, Mia might also find out that she moved to Alaska after marrying a wolf from another pack.
Remi
Remi is a wolf from the Obie pack. He works at the pack's butcher shop, "Meat Products by Sam". Whether or not he survives in this book is based on your choices in the story.

He was a friend of Luka Mero, and that's the reason why Mero instructed Frances to send him one of the parts of the prophecy.
The Obie pack is big and they are not all related to each other, like the Falls. Emile's sister, Corinne, has no kids of her own, adores her niece Samantha, is a feminist and laments the fact that despite Samantha being an alpha, she's never going to be allowed to lead the pack. (We never meet Corinne in the book, we only hear about her from Max's sister Audrey)
Emile Obie pushes Samantha to date Max Fall as both he and Ralph Fall believe that the marriage between the two would strengthen the ties between the two werewolf packs.
Didier
Didier is a member of the Obie pack. He is not related to any of them as he was taken in as a kid after being turned. He is very loyal to the pack and will be more or less friendly to Mia depending on whether she killed Lorette and Remy or not.
Clovis
Clovis is a member of the Obie pack. He is courting Samantha as he is in love with her, but she is not interested. He is very jealous of Max Fall.
What happens to him in the book depends on the choices you make.
Andrea
Andrea is a werewolf with extraordinary abilities and she was the last Twilight Guardian. We meet her during a series of diamond scenes in season 5, when the Ashe Clan leader tells Mia about the Order of the Twilight Guardians.

It happened in Europe, during a war: Von Baum and Von Diels were two knights and werewolves who stepped inside a medieval castle.
