Mitch Evans is a love interest in the book Sophie's Ten Wishes.

About Mitch

Mitch is a doctor. He works as a trauma surgeon in the local St. Patrick’s hospital. Sophie Preston (main character) is his patient pretty often, considering her natural clumsiness. That's why Mitch calls her "catastrophe". Sophie's brother says that Mitch is her knight in shining armor.

He has a female dog called Brandy that you meet in Season 1, Episode 4. She is often alone because of his job. He only takes her to work in case of emergencies. When Mitch is away for conferences, Sophie takes care of her (and she loves it).

Always serenely self-assured, collected and calm, Mitch is someone intent, extremely focused and cynical. Doctor Evans is very busy with his work, only managing to go home to take a shower. For him, work is the only way to leave his actual problems behind.

Sophie believes that Mitch is more than an "impassable surgeon". She wishes she could look behind the image he tries so hard to maintain. His profession required cold-bloodedness and constant focus, and she and his dog are the only ones who can manage to bring his sentimental side to the surface.

Relationships

Sophie Preston (MC): She is his patient and friend. Mitch treats her protectively, and Sophie admires him and takes care of his dog when he needs it. They have formed a friendship and treat each other respectfully. Depending on the player's choices invest in a loving relationship between the two.
Brandy: His dog, a female Pitbull. She is a bundle of joy and turns him into a different person.
Heather: His niece. She is five years old and very talkative. She wants to talk to Mitch all the time and he must keep explaining to her what being a doctor is.
Jen: His sister and Heather's mother.
Blake: Her brother fell from the roof and broke his hip. Mitch was the one who operated him successfully.

Trivia

If you take his diamond scene from Season 1, Episode 4 for (19💎) you can see Mitch’s sentimental side. He says to Sophie, “you’re the nicest person I’ve ever met.”
If you choose to spend time with Mitch at the end of Season 1, Episode 9 you find out that he likes coffee more than he likes people. But then he says it's not true because Sophie is "just as good as coffee."
Interesting fact by the writer^[2]: Mitch has a very soft heart. Despite him telling everyone that he decided to become a doctor for the money, he actually wanted to save lives. In fact, he wanted to be a veterinarian, but failed miserably.
Brandy was based on the dog of the movie "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood".^[3]
