Luka is a love interest in The One Volume 1.
About Luka[]
Luka is the fifth contestant Chloe meets on The One. He's a passionate painter and visibly impressed by the whole show setting. Luka comes across as humble and admits to never even having seen the show.
He is an artist and when asked about it, he says that he mainly paints large canvases. He says he uses this to express his emotions, as he doesn't usually let anything build up inside because otherwise it becomes toxic.
He is originally from Sweden, raised near Stockholm, and went to university in Malmo. He moved to the US to be near his mother, while his father remained in Sweden.
In Ep 2, if you pick him for a private conversation, he gives you a 10 krona Swedish coin. His father gave it to him when he left Sweden as a symbol that home is always waiting for him, should he need to return. He noticed you are struggling with being in front of the cameras and he tells you that he knows what it's like to feel uncomfortable and he wants you to have the coin: it helped him adjust so now it can help you.
In Ep 6, during the lie detector test Luka answers some questions for Chloe. He wanted to be a firefighter when he was a kid. He says he has been in love before but never happily. He says he does want kids but after the lie detector beeped, he amended that he is undecided. And for his wedding he envisions something simple, maybe in a garden with only close friends and family.
In Ep 7, if you're on his romance path, you will be able to complete his heart and Chloe goes on a date with him to look at wedding venues.
In Ep 8, for the spa date he has Chloe give him a new tattoo. She can pick between a key, the heart puzzle, or the Spark app symbol. If you choose the Spark app symbol he will reveal that he's never used the app, he got on the show by auditioning.
If you eliminate him at the end of Ep 8 you can choose to reveal his secret: "I'm a convicted felon." They're mostly misdemeanors related to protest arrests. One in particular is outstanding in Florida because he missed the court date.

- Luka has several tattoos, that echo his life. He has an orange Dala horse because he is Swedish and this is a bug symbol of strength and courage.
- Luka has a trans symbol tattoo and top surgery scars.
- Didn't know the rules to volleyball.
- Is able to alter their voice; when portraying the role of Maxwell Graves, he made his voice deeper.

Possible Endings[]
- Luka and MC get married. They have an intimate wedding reception with close friends and family that his mother organized.
- If MC eliminates Luka in Episode 8, she can decide to reject the last two contestants and reunite with Luka in a café.
- Eliminated from the show.
