Labelle is a love interest in the book Gladiator Chronicles.

About Labelle[]

Labelle Flavius is the only son of the Lanista Cassius Flavius, the owner of a gladiatorial school.

In Season 1 Episode 5 he expresses a desire to join the gladiator slaves in training. He is unsure of himself but determined and does not appear to be corrupted by wealth like his father is.

In Season 1 Episode 8 Cassius Flavius appoints him as full-fledged deputy in the arena. Labelle is doubtful of his ability to lead and feels weighed down by the responsibility of carrying on his father's legacy. He admits to being jealous of Rix's confidence.

In Season 3, Episode 4, Rix discovers information on all of the people in their group. For Labelle, they describe him as: Leadership qualities are either absent or not fully developed. Empathetic with no tendency towards aggression. Experiences severe depression stemming from uncertainty. Impressionable and vulnerable, but disciplined and hardworking.

Possible endings[]

If Rix does not defeat the Pontifex: it is implied he dies.
If Rix defeats the Pontifex:
- Romance path: Labelle is the new ruler and is anxious about the power that comes with it, but Rix assures him that he will be a good leader and that he loves him.
- Otherwise: Becomes the new Caesar, unless Rix is romancing Augusta or Paulina, then he abdicates power to his sister and goes traveling around the universe. After some time, news of the books he has written reach New Rome.
