About Jake

Jake works several jobs to support his family. During the day, he's the head of a lifeguard team in Miami beach. During the night, he works as an exotic dancer.

Jake and his little sister Becky were involved in a car accident a few years ago. It left several permanent scars on Jake's body, the most prominent one across his left eye and a few more on his torso. The accident paralyzed Becky who now sits a wheelchair. Their father left after that and Jake works several jobs to support the medical expenses and rehabilitation costs for his sister. As a leader of lifeguard team and an exotic dancer at the pineapple club, most of his income goes directly to his family.

Jake became a professional stripper in just six months because of taking dance classes in his early childhood and his dream to be financially independent. It took him some time to accept the idea of such an alternative income. Another problem with the family budget was a determining factor, and Jake gave in. His strip dance teacher taught him to do the splits in a jump, like a real ballet dancer. Now he is even proud of this part of his life, not least due to his salary.^[1]

Since the car incident, Jake has been extremely skeptical towards strangers, and always keep to himself. Building trust is extremely difficult for him. When his friend Alek betrayed his trust by selling medicines intended to Becky to a higher bidder insteadt, it made him doubtful to trust Kim at first.

Jake is a traditional man and takes relationships very seriously. He does not hesitate to show his love and care for the ones he loves.

Relationships

Kim: Colleague and possible girlfriend. If they start dating Jake is shown to be more gentle and attentive.
Alek: Friends turned into rivals. They acquainted with each other through illegal drugs. When Jake wanted to get the medicine for his sister urgently, Alek agreed to help him but then sold to someone else who paid more. It became the major reason why Jake doesn't trust others easily.

Possible endings

If you cheated on Jake with Charles, Jake finds out and leaves angrily. You get the option to follow him - if you are very close, he will forgive you; if you missed some of his diamond choices, he won't. If you don't follow him, you automatically end up without Jake.
If you cheated on Jake with Kayla, they both break up with you and you end up single.
