Jack is first seen in a lab in São Paulo, Brazil trying to solve a problem. We don't yet know what that problem is or what conclusion he came to that brought him to Morocco.
Jack first met Yasmin as a kid in Morocco when he was in the poor quarters and Yasmin saved him from some bullies. They became friends and met a few more times until Jack disappeared suddenly with no explanation. Yasmin overheard her father talking about a man and his two children getting into an accident that had very little chance of survival. Because of this, Yasmin has thought Jack is dead all these years.
Jack is seen next at the airport in Morocco with a couple of colleagues. And then later appears with Cindy at Yasmin's house requesting a conversation with her father. Here is where Yasmin finds out that Jack is in Morocco to study a virus that his father was there to study 10 years ago, when they first met. Now the virus is back and it's Jack's responsibility to find the source and stop it. He has brought his colleagues along with him and also hired Cindy to keep records for them.
Jack feels very strongly about not living in his father's shadow. His brother was supposed to be the successor because Jack is a creative person who was not ready to enter the business but the decision was made for him after his father and brother died in an accident. Whether he was meant to carry on his father's legacy or not, Jack takes his job seriously and wants to eradicate the virus as quickly as possible. Even if that means becoming Yasmin's enemy.
After multiple interviews and going through as many notes as he could find, Jack discovered that a boy got infected with a similar virus about 20 years ago but he had no symptoms or lingering effects, as if it had never happened. This discovery along with other files he's found in the archive, Jack suspects his father created the virus. As Jack studies his father's notes more thoroughly, his suspicions are confirmed and Jack is urged by Caroline to return to Brazil where the problem began. Mr. Kadir asks that they take Yasmin with him to keep her safe from Saleh and he agrees.
In Brazil, Jack starts seeing more connections to the models going missing, the genetics experiments with models, and the virus that he has now discovered was engineered by his own father with the evidence that Yasmin has been able to help him accumulate. He continues to search for answers and, by the end of Season 2, has teamed up with James Blackmort to locate The Desert Rose, a flower known for it's healing properties. Maybe it's the answer to truly stopping this deathly virus.
Unfortunately, Jack gets caught in a sand storm while searching for the flower. But he is discovered by his long lost brother, Adil, and brought back to his tent to be nursed back to health by Adil and his adoptive father, Ali. After learning his brother is alive, they are finally reconciled and decide to work together because finding this flower has become more important than ever.

Good Ending (Romance Path)
The Desert Flower Path - The couple stay in Sefer. Jack publicly confesses his love for the daughter of the former leader. They later have a son named Lucas.
The City Kid Path - The couple move to Rio. They finally escaped the environment that had been suffocating them. Later they have a son named Lucas.
Good Ending (Friendship Path)
Jack continues his career and actively helps Sefer recover. He returned to Brazil but he keeps in touch with his brother and friends. It is also possible to set him up with Gurub.
Bad Ending
