Heaven's Secret: Requiem is the 40th book released on the mobile game Romance Club. This book was released on March 13, 2024. The author of this book is Aleksandra K. (also known as Sasha), and this is her first story on this platform. This book is a spin-off of the cult series Heaven's Secret and Heaven's Secret 2.

Plot Summary

"Demon spawn and infected overrun the world. Humanity’s remnants try to survive this hard new reality with no room for feelings. But even over ashes, true love might blossom..."

This story is a direct continuation of Heaven's Secret and Heaven's Secret 2 in a human perspective. You don't need to have read the series to play this spin-off. But for a more complete experience, we recommend playing the previous parts.

Gameplay features

Most choices you make for your Main Character in this book influence one of the following variables: Adaptability 🎒 (your ability to survive in this new world) and God's Voice 🙏 (achieve your goals by relying on humanity's better qualities and positive feelings) or Devil's Whisper 🐍 (achieve your goals in cunning ways by channeling darkness). These choices change the story, the interactions you have with other characters and the scenes you will be able to play.

You will also be able to unlock secret paths throughout the story by choosing mercy or cruelty choices. If you choose merciful options, in each season you will be able to recover a part of the memory and awaken a forgotten feeling in the main character. Although the stats are hidden, the walkthroughs feature the following symbols next to each choice needed to unlock the new branches: 💙 Compassion (Season 1) and 💛 Friendship (Season 2). These hidden paths are independent, you don't need to be on a certain route nor do you need to unlock one to unlock the other - you just need to choose the marked options for the path you want to unlock. Therefore, you can make the most diverse combinations according to your preferences.

This book also gives you options to customize the story according to your preferences. At the beginning you are asked if you prefer male, female, or both male and female love interests. This will determine whether you will have access to romantic or friendship choices with each of the potential love interests based on your chosen gender. Then you are asked if you prefer the narrative of the romantic scenes to be explicit and detailed or non-explicit and lightly detailed. And lastly, the story also allows you to enable or disable hints. Enabling hints means you will see an icon next to your choices indicating which options affect which path or relationship.

• You're a cryptographer, specializing in deciphering ancient texts written in unknown languages.
• The city of Rotkov — the last outpost of humanity, situated in the depths of Siberia.
• Rotkov is culturally diverse. It houses Catholic and Orthodox churches as well as a monastery.
• Solar-powered generators in the city are the sole source of electricity, which the soldiers and locals use for their everyday needs.
• In this world, the immortals often work together with humans. It is said that neither side is particularly thrilled about it.
• Though the immortals' existence is no longer a secret, meeting one is relatively rare.
• Three years have passed since the Apocalypse. Nature gradually reclaims its territories as old technology breaks down, and almost no new goods are produced.
• Adam, the new base, uses the developments of the destroyed Siberia. It was founded by Professor Donovan, who had access to the data.
• The Adam military research base is located in Oxford in one of the old universities, whose advanced laboratories came in very handy.
• The Book of the Apocalypse was created by Shepha. It is humanity's last chance for salvation.
• Once, there was an ancient Order of believers who knew of the immortals. Over time, the knowledge was erased, becoming a fairy tale.
• Outside protected cities, you can run into raiders and cultists. The first ones will bleed you dry, the second ones will bleed you to death.
• Several rifts have opened on Earth on different parts of the planet. They all have the same initial data.
• After the cataclysms, Earth's climate changed, but no one knows exactly how it happened. This caused the appearance of natural anomalies.
