Haku is a casual love interest in the book Sophie's Ten Wishes.
About Haku
Haku is an artist, a shy and kind guy. He is tall, lean and has a long silk hair. He first meets Sophie (main character) in Season 1, Episode 10 when he almost hits her and her dog Frank by a car. He confesses that he just bought the car and that he is not much of a driver. Haku looks guilty and pleading, and offers to take her to the hospital, but she says it's all alright. He also says he'll understand if Sophie wants to call the police, but she doesn’t feel like calling them. Haku then offers to treat her to dinner to make up for the accident. If you accept the offer, Sophie says that instead of dinner he can walk her home and they talk some more.
The artist only appears again in Season 2, Episode 7 at an alternative rock concert that Sophie attends because her friend Flo bought her a ticket. Haku accidentally bumps into Sophie, who instead of responding angrily ends up being happy to see someone she knows among the crowd. She finds out that he is friends with the lead singer, Tom (who used to be a bartender in the book Wave Patrol and was writing music in his spare time), and that Haku drew the cover of the band’s first album (you can see the image in the Gallery). Depending on your choices during the show you may unlock a steamy scene with Haku later in this episode.

- Tom: Friend. The leader of an alternative rock band. Haku drew the cover of their first album - he doesn’t draw covers, but he did an exception for his friend. Haku is proud of Tom.
