Gino Gabardini is a possible love interest in the book My Hollywood Story.

About Gino[]

Gino is a well-known Italian fashion designer in Hollywood. Gino first appears in S1, Ep 2 when his car knocked Emma (default name of the the main character) down. To show his remorse, he decided to take care of her by finding her an apartment and introducing her to his friends in Hollywood. He is longtime friend with Margaret, an actress, and is also friendly with Karen, an acting coach and manager.

Due to a misunderstanding with Emma, in S2, Ep4, Gino decides that they should take a break and shouldn't see each other for the time being. He then disappears for most of Season 2 and 3. When he returns in S3, Ep6, you can either keep your distance or rekindle the romantic relationship, and eventually pick him as the one who will propose to you at the very end of the book.

Personality

Gino is a very friendly, attentive, caring man and a passionate lover if you chose him to be your boyfriend. He has a hard crush on Emma when they first meet and he is very jealous and protective towards her. Sometimes he can come across as being quite pushy if you decide you don't want to romance him. He gave Emma an apartment as "a payment for a moral and physical damages" after he nearly ran her over with his car. He is also considered a short-tempered person as he once broke a paparazzi camera by smashing it on the floor.

The writer used Joe Manganiello as the prototype for Gino.
He drives a Mercedes Benz.
Charles in Seduced by the Rhythm wears Gino Gabardini branded boxers.
The writer described his decision to break up in S2 with the following words: "[He left] Because he's very jealous and can't overpower his negative feelings/emotions. That's the kind of person he is, but everything can change."
